Description
Hex is hiring a Recruiting Operations Manager to own and scale the recruiting technology, workflows, data, reporting, AI automation, experiments, and candidate experience. The role reports to the Head of Talent and partners with Finance, People Operations, and Data. It requires at least six years of recruiting or related operations experience, deep ATS and workflow expertise, analytical and SQL/BI skills, and experience implementing AI-powered recruiting automation. The salary range is $120,000 to $150,000, with health benefits and equity included.
