Nooks is hiring a Recruiting Operations Manager to build and scale the systems, programs, and infrastructure supporting its recruiting organization. The role owns recruiting processes, analytics, technology and vendor management, AI adoption, employer branding, talent events, university recruiting, and cross-functional people operations. It requires experience in recruiting operations, talent or people operations, program management, or a similar function, along with analytical, organizational, project-management, communication, stakeholder-management, and automation skills.
