Profound is hiring its first Recruiting Operations Manager to own the recruiting infrastructure and team as hiring scales. The role leads Recruiting Coordinators, manages the ATS and broader recruiting technology ecosystem, implements AI-enabled workflows, builds hiring metrics and dashboards, audits the hiring process, partners with Finance and People Ops, and enables hiring managers through training, playbooks, and structured interviewing. It is an on-site role in New York City with a base salary of $175,000 to $215,000 plus equity and benefits.
