Description
Sunbit is hiring a Recruiting Operations Specialist in Las Vegas, Nevada, on a hybrid basis. The role owns the systems, data, and process infrastructure behind recruiting, including ATS administration, integrations, sourcing tools, workflow automation, recruiting dashboards, KPI reporting, and process redesign. The position requires at least five years of recruiting operations experience, hands-on ATS administration, strong spreadsheet and BI skills, and strong project management and process-design abilities.
