Description
Notion is hiring a Recruiting Program Manager to design, build, and scale recruiting systems and programs. The role partners with recruiters, recruiting operations, people operations, and senior leadership on interviewer systems, interviewer-pool health, recruiter onboarding, specialty hiring initiatives, and cross-functional playbooks. It requires at least five years of relevant program management, recruiting operations, or cross-functional experience, strong AI and project management skills, analytical judgment, and excellent communication. The role is based in San Francisco or New York City and requires onsite work on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
