PNC is hiring a Recruiting Solution & Outreach Manager to lead strategic talent acquisition and recruiting solutions, manage sourcing and candidate-attracting operations, oversee external staffing and marketing partnerships, consult with business and HR leaders, and use workforce analytics to improve hiring effectiveness. The role is based in Pittsburgh or Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; Atlanta, Georgia; Downers Grove, Illinois; Cleveland, Ohio; or Grand Rapids, Michigan, and requires a bachelor's degree, at least three years of management experience, and five or more years of industry-relevant experience. The base salary is $50,000 to $157,300, with incentive eligibility.
