SpaceX is hiring a Recruiting Specialist to manage recruiting logistics, coordinate recruiters and hiring teams, process contractor conversions, align on candidate profiles, and drive program management to improve hiring efficiency. The role requires a bachelor’s or associate degree and at least one year of recruiting, human resources, or business operations experience; Greenhouse or applicant-tracking-system experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential information are preferred. The position is 100% onsite, requires relocation if the applicant is not already local, and may require weekends and extended hours.
