Katapult Network is seeking a Recruiting Specialist Intern to support its recruiting team during the summer of 2027. The role involves sourcing and screening candidates, building entry-level candidate networks, preparing candidates for interviews, conducting reference checks and interviews, managing the recruiting pipeline and Talent Block, and using an automated applicant tracking system. The intern must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing a bachelor's degree. The position pays $18 per hour plus commission and follows a full-time Monday-Friday schedule with in-office work in Bloomington, Minnesota on Wednesdays and Thursdays and remote work on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday.
