Forp is hiring a Recruitment Advisor in Roosendaal on a hybrid basis. The role combines hands-on recruitment project work, process analysis and optimization, strategic advice on recruitment processes and candidate journeys, and coaching of fellow advisors. Candidates should have an MBO+/HBO work and thinking level, at least five years of recruitment experience, strong communication skills, and a proactive, ownership-driven approach. The position offers a full-time salary of €3,200–€5,200, a training budget, leave, and other employee benefits.
