Recruitment & Selection Supervisor at Nauterra

Nauterra is hiring a Recruitment and Selection Manager to supervise and guide the Recruitment and Selection team, oversee strategic recruitment processes, monitor hiring metrics and results, support attraction and selection strategies, ensure hire quality, develop team performance, and propose continuous improvements. The role requires a bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field, recruitment and selection experience, knowledge of R&S indicators, and experience with ATS and recruitment tools; industrial or high-volume hiring experience is preferred. The position is based at the Food Unit in Itajaí - Cordeiros, with Monday-to-Friday hours from 08:00 to 18:00, and includes health, dental, meal, and other employee benefits.
