Factor is hiring a Recruiter for a six-month fixed-term contract in Wroclaw, Poland. The role manages the full recruiting lifecycle across geographies, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, coordinating panels, preparing offer documentation, supporting onboarding, tracking assessments, maintaining candidate records, screening candidates, managing pipelines, and supporting employer-branding initiatives. Candidates must be eligible to work in Poland, have at least two years of recruitment experience, experience sourcing passive candidates, and be fluent in English.
