The role serves as a consultative interface between clients and candidates, negotiates client contracts, identifies and recruits candidates, creates candidate profiles and recommendations, and coordinates interviews. The position requires commercial training or a degree, B2B sales affinity or initial recruiting experience, fluent German, basic English, and strong communication skills.
