The role involves managing client and candidate relationships, executing retained and contingent searches, placing world-class talent, and closing high-value deals. Candidates should have a B2B sales or business development background, a track record of meeting or exceeding targets, strong objection-handling and relationship-building skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
