Description
The Recruitment Consultant will join a growing Milton Keynes-based executive search team and operate a full 270 desk focused on high-value hedge fund recruitment. The role owns client and candidate relationships, executes retained and contingent searches, places quant and technology talent, and closes high-value deals. Candidates should have agency recruitment experience, experience operating in a 270 or 360 capacity, a track record of consistent billings and growth, headhunting and closing experience, and strong client relationship and process-management skills.
