Description
The Recruitment Coordinator leads on-the-ground recruitment for new and re-establishing Lambda Chi Alpha chapters, manages the recruitment cycle from identifying candidates through member acceptance and associate-member training, and supports chapter growth through outreach, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration. The role is full-time and exempt, open to candidates in Carmel, Indiana or working remotely within the United States, and requires extensive travel including approximately 16 weeks per year on college campuses.
