YoungCapital is hiring a full-time recruitment intern in Alkmaar to support recruitment and the labor market. The intern will write and post job vacancies, search for candidates, conduct telephone screenings and intake interviews, guide candidates through the application process, maintain candidate contact, and support recruitment processes. The role requires strong communication, sociability, independence, and eagerness to learn, with an MBO level 4 or HBO qualification in a relevant field and availability for at least five months and four days per week. The internship offers an allowance of up to €525 gross per month, training, a laptop, and a collaborative working environment.
