SwingDev is hiring a Recruitment Manager to lead a small team of Recruitment Partners and manage end-to-end IT recruitment for its Polish and United States offices. The role combines leadership, project improvement, hands-on sourcing and interviewing, and data-driven process optimization, with a Warsaw-based office and flexible remote work. Candidates need at least six years of IT recruitment experience, at least two years leading others, strong English and Polish, and experience with ATS and HRIS platforms. The position offers a salary of 19,000–25,000 PLN plus VAT on B2B, along with medical, life insurance, development, and other benefits.
