Description
The Recruitment Officer supports the Recruitment Manager and Deputy Recruitment Manager in the end-to-end recruitment of new applicants, including initial qualification assessment, document verification, candidate enrollment, document collection, interview scheduling, and social-media and website updates. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a related field, at least three years of crew-manning or ship-management experience for technical backgrounds and four years for non-technical backgrounds, strong communication and English skills, HR and recruitment knowledge, shipping-industry networking, computer proficiency, and familiarity with the STCW Convention.
