ISS is hiring a full-time, permanent Recruitment Operations Manager in Melbourne to lead the operational delivery of recruitment services across a complex workforce portfolio. Reporting to the Head of Recruitment, the role manages recruitment demand, resourcing, talent pipelines, service levels, process improvement, workforce planning, and recruitment transformation while developing recruitment teams and partnering with operational and People & Culture stakeholders. The position requires experience leading recruitment functions in large or matrix-based organisations, strong analytical and stakeholder-management skills, and the ability to translate strategy into operational execution.
