Allegis Global Solutions is hiring a Recruitment Operations Team Leader to manage the day-to-day operations of an offshore support team for a sizable international account. Reporting to the Delivery Manager, the role leads mid/nightshift Program Coordinators, supports recruitment administration and staff augmentation processes, coaches and develops team members, monitors performance and compliance, and implements process improvements. The position requires a relevant recruitment operations background, leadership and coaching skills, experience with global or offshore sourcing models, and willingness to work a mid/nightshift in a temporary hybrid setup based in the Ortigas Pasig area.
