Description
The Program Specialist manages the full lifecycle of contract labor requisitions, including intake, sourcing, shortlisting, interview scheduling, onboarding, worker assignment, time and expense management, offboarding, reporting, and supplier performance. The role advises hiring managers, coordinates with clients, staffing vendors, and other partners, monitors SLAs and requisition aging, and maintains activity and performance reports. The posting seeks candidates with end-to-end recruitment methodology knowledge, preferably contract recruitment experience, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholders.
