Description
The Program Specialist manages the full lifecycle of contract labor requisitions, including intake, sourcing, shortlisting, interview scheduling, onboarding, worker assignment, time and expense management, offboarding, reporting, and supplier performance. The role advises clients, coordinates hiring managers, staffing vendors, and other partners, monitors SLAs and requisition aging, and maintains activity and performance reports. Candidates should have end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably in contract recruitment or contingent workforce management, and strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
