Pinewood.AI is hiring an experienced Recruitment Resourcer for a three-month hybrid assignment, working two days per week in Solihull. The role sources, engages, and screens candidates for software development, testing, data, and operational vacancies; builds active candidate pipelines; uses LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job sites, Workable, and Metaview; and presents qualified candidates to Talent Acquisition Specialists. The position is suited to an experienced recruitment agency resourcer comfortable with phone-led candidate engagement and managing multiple vacancies.
