Description
The Recruitment Sourcing Specialist will develop and execute sourcing strategies focused on passive candidates, source qualified candidates for client requisitions, maintain candidate pipelines, provide candidate care, and support talent acquisition initiatives. The role reports to the Recruitment Relationship Manager and requires at least two years of relevant staffing, corporate HR, or related experience, strong sourcing and technology skills, and knowledge of Boolean search logic, Outlook, Web, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. The position is open to North American locations outside California, Colorado, New Jersey, New York, Washington, and Maryland, and includes medical, dental, vision, retirement, insurance, and other benefits.
