The role includes candidate screening and interviewing, sourcing, profile management, coordination with specialist departments, recruitment strategy development, and maintaining a positive candidate experience. The position requires completed commercial training or a comparable qualification, strong communication and negotiation skills, MS Office proficiency, and a structured approach to working with people. It offers 38.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with a gross salary of €2,500 to €3,000 per month.
