SURI is seeking a dedicated Talent Hire to establish and develop their recruitment strategy. This role involves designing and implementing end-to-end recruitment processes, optimizing ATS systems, creating a positive candidate experience, and establishing sourcing strategies for international markets. The successful candidate will own end-to-end searches across various departments, collaborate with hiring managers, and report on hiring progress to leadership.
