The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive recruitment programs, enhancing the firm's branding, overseeing selection processes, and fostering diversity and inclusion. They will also manage various aspects of employee development, including vacation schemes, future joiner programs, and SQE inductions, ensuring a positive candidate experience and contributing to the overall growth of the firm.
