InsideOut Hiring is seeking a remote, full-time Recruitment Team Lead serving LATAM and the Philippines. The role leads and mentors recruiters, oversees the full recruitment lifecycle, collaborates with U.S.-based clients, manages performance and multiple client accounts, and improves sourcing and headhunting strategies. It requires senior recruitment leadership or agency experience, strong knowledge of recruitment operations and headhunting, excellent communication and strategic thinking, and advanced proficiency with ATS platforms, Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, LinkedIn Recruiter, global job boards, and AI-assisted sourcing tools. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time, with a salary of $1,200 USD per month.
