Zencastr is hiring a Full Cycle Recruiter to lead end-to-end hiring across technical and business functions. The role partners with hiring managers and leadership to define hiring needs, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, manage offers and negotiations, maintain recruiting records and metrics, support employer branding and referral initiatives, and ensure a strong candidate experience. The position requires 4–7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, sourcing expertise, applicant tracking system experience, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent searches in a fast-paced startup environment.
