The Recycling Operator II works a night shift on a 2,2,3 schedule from 6:45 p.m. to 7 a.m. and independently operates, monitors, adjusts, starts up, and shuts down recycling and processing equipment, including pulverizers, extrusion, melt-blending, and pelletizing systems. The role handles HD/LD material processing, batching, material staging, troubleshooting, production and quality adjustments, LOTO procedures, documentation, and material-handling equipment. It requires a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of extrusion experience, prior manufacturing or industrial equipment experience, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced 24/7 environment.
