Description
The Yard Worker supports recycling operations by welcoming customers and transport companies, weighing and documenting waste streams, assigning unloading areas, inspecting materials, sorting waste, operating excavators, wheel loaders, and forklifts, loading trucks, preparing roll-off containers, cleaning receptacles, and helping manage the Maldegem depot. The role requires mobile equipment experience, physical work, independent responsibility, safety awareness, fluent Dutch, and customer-friendly communication. It is a full-time position with possible permanent contract, flexible hours from 7:00 a.m. to 3:06 p.m., and meal vouchers.
