The Redeploy/Second Chance Caseworker provides direct case management, counseling, documentation, court attendance, and group therapy support to at-risk youth and their families. The role accepts case assignments, develops service plans, coordinates referrals, maintains case files, completes assessments, and participates in emergency on-call rotations and team activities.
