Description
The Reefer Dispatcher coordinates and schedules refrigerated freight shipments across the United States, monitors temperature-controlled delivery progress, communicates with drivers, clients, and warehouse personnel, manages load assignments and route planning, and maintains shipment and compliance records. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, freight dispatching experience, knowledge of transportation logistics and refrigerated-freight regulations, dispatch and tracking software proficiency, and strong communication and organizational skills.
