Murphy-Hoffman Company is hiring a Diesel Service Technician / Mechanic in Springfield, Missouri, to perform heavy-duty mechanical repair and assist with engine overhauls, fuel, electrical, transmission, cooling, chassis, brake, tune-up, and general maintenance work. The role includes troubleshooting minor problems, attending training, maintaining a safe and orderly work area, and receiving on-the-job training toward Service Journeyman status. A CDL is preferred, while three years of hands-on experience or completion of vocational courses is required, along with A/C, Brake, and DOT Annual Inspector certifications.
