Description
The Re-entry Coordinator supports inmates booked into the NCSO Adult Detention Center by conducting reentry screenings, developing reentry plans, coordinating care and service linkage, and collaborating with detention personnel, courts, behavioral health partners, and community organizations. The role requires mental health or substance abuse experience, strong communication skills, confidentiality and HIPAA compliance, and the ability to work independently in a correctional environment. It is a temporary grant-funded position that may be full-time or part-time, with benefits and terms determined by the grant.
