Description
Statistics Sweden is hiring a Level 3 Test Lead / Software Tester for its Örebro office to lead and perform operational testing for business-critical IT systems. The role covers test strategy and planning, manual and automated testing, defect reporting, quality assurance, requirements traceability, and testing methodology development. It is a full-time, hybrid assignment with the Örebro office as the primary workplace, generally two days per week, and runs from September 30, 2026, through September 29, 2028, with an option for up to 24 additional months. The applicant must have at least five years of software testing experience since 2020 and at least three years of Test Lead experience since 2020, along with fluent Swedish and experience in functional, non-functional, agile, and complex testing environments.
