Description

Region Stockholm is hiring a three-person subconsultant team through Lynqa to procure and implement an ERP supply system for orders, purchasing, inventory, and healthcare-adjacent goods. The team will cover needs assessment, RFI, requirements definition, evaluation, contract award, and implementation preparation, with an optional implementation phase. The Project Manager, Solution Architect, and Requirements Analyst roles are hybrid in Stockholm, full-time, and intended to run from October 16, 2026 through September 30, 2027, with possible extensions. Additional Information

Minimum Education: Academic degree in IT, engineering, systems science, industrial engineering and management, or another relevant field
Required Previous Experiences: At least 10 years leading IT projects through the full lifecycle
At least five years leading change, process development, and business development in large organizations
Experience with IT systems procurement and requirements definition
At least 10 years as a solution, domain, or enterprise architect
Extensive ERP or business-critical platform architecture experience
Experience with integration architecture and data migration
Experience with complex organizations, supply systems, and integrated processes
At least 10 years in ERP requirements work for supply processes
Two reference assignments after September 21, 2021, including at least one ERP or equivalent business-critical platform implementation in a large organization
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in one or two of the other roles on a previous assignment
Healthcare or logistics experience
