Description

Region Stockholm is hiring a three-person subconsultant team through Lynqa to procure and implement an ERP supply system for orders, purchasing, inventory, and healthcare-adjacent goods. The team will cover needs assessment, RFI, requirements definition, evaluation, contract award, and implementation preparation, with an optional implementation phase. The Project Manager, Solution Architect, and Requirements Analyst will work in Stockholm in a hybrid arrangement from October 16, 2026, through September 30, 2027, with possible extensions. The application deadline was September 16, 2026.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Academic degree in IT, engineering, systems science, industrial engineering and management, or another relevant degree
Required Previous Experiences: At least 10 years leading IT projects throughout the project lifecycle
At least five years leading change, process development, and business development in large, complex organizations
Experience with procurement and requirements definition for IT systems
At least 10 years as a solution, domain, or enterprise architect
Extensive ERP or business-critical platform architecture experience
Experience with integration architecture and data migration
Experience in complex organizations developing processes, information, and IT together, including supply systems
At least 10 years in requirements work for ERP or large business-critical platforms supporting supply processes
Two reference assignments after September 21, 2021, including at least one ERP or equivalent business-critical platform procurement and implementation in a large, complex organization
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in one or two of the other roles on a previous assignment with similar deliverables
Experience in healthcare or logistics
