The employer is hiring a REFA Technician – Process Optimization for direct placement in the Fürth metropolitan area. The role involves planning, conducting, and evaluating REFA time studies; analyzing and optimizing assembly processes; designing new starts and pre-series runs; conducting production audits; eliminating errors; supporting continuous improvement and Lean Management projects; and advising on automation and optimization projects in close collaboration with Engineering and Production. Candidates need technical training or master craftsman training, practical knowledge of REFA time studies, Lean Management, and KVP processes, experience in series production and assembly processes, ERP experience, MS Office knowledge, and German language skills at C1 level.
