The role analyzes and structures work processes, defines measurement points and methods, conducts time studies, evaluates data, determines and maintains standard times, and documents results. Applicants need a completed REFA certificate in Time Measurement and Performance Assessment, Microsoft Excel proficiency, and good German; prior time-management or work-organization experience is desirable.
