Description
The City of Poulsbo is hiring a youth-sports referee to officiate games, enforce sport rules, monitor player and coach conduct, manage game flow, ensure safety, and maintain professional standards. The role requires weekend and evening availability, physical endurance, strong communication and conflict-resolution skills, and the ability to handle pressure. Applicants must be at least 16 years old, understand the sport's rules and gameplay, and may need CPR, AED, and First Aid training. Applications are reviewed periodically as needs arise within the Parks & Recreation Department.
