Description
The Lake Superior YMCA is hiring a part-time Referee to supervise and enforce rules during sports programs and leagues. The role involves maintaining participant safety, providing customer service, setting up and cleaning sports equipment, enforcing league rules, and responding to hazardous situations. It is scheduled seasonally, requires a minimum age of 15 and high-school enrollment, knowledge of the sport, leadership, and CPR/AED/First Aid certification within 60 days of hire, and includes benefits such as retirement contributions, paid time off, and YMCA family membership discounts.
