Description
Volleyball BC is hiring a Referee Development Manager to lead the provincial referee pathway, including recruitment, education, progression, retention, technical standards, referee allocation, administration, data and records, budgeting, competitions, Safe Sport alignment, and stakeholder partnerships. The permanent full-time role is based primarily at Volleyball BC’s office in Burnaby, British Columbia, with approved remote flexibility, evening and weekend work, and travel throughout British Columbia and occasionally Canada.
