The role develops and optimizes operational processes, supports the creation and maintenance of directives and other operational documentation, contributes to the safety management system and regulatory compliance, identifies process improvements, and coordinates with internal specialist departments. Applicants should have railway-sector training or comparable professional experience, hands-on process-creation and documentation experience, strong MS Office skills, and a structured, analytical working style.
