Morgan Stanley is hiring a Director, Reference Data Sanctions Screening Professional in Glasgow, United Kingdom, to lead and improve the firm’s reference data sanctions screening program. The role manages screening projects and platform maintenance, coordinates with Client Onboarding and Reference Data Services, monitors data quality and alert performance, supports optimization and automation initiatives, performs data analysis, and supports regulatory examinations and internal audits. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree, 5–8+ years of experience in sanctions compliance or related financial crime risk, strong business analysis and project management skills, knowledge of OFAC and global sanctions, and experience with sanctions screening platforms; SQL and/or Python are preferred.
