Citi is hiring a full-time Reference Data Services Analyst for its Onboarding Team in Poland. The role oversees and maintains customer account, security, and pricing data across multiple systems; improves data quality and client service; supports the manager; and manages project initiatives and junior staff. Candidates need 0–2 years of relevant experience in client, counterparty, or account data management within a global financial services organization, strong communication skills, awareness of client needs, financial-services-related qualifications, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. The position offers a hybrid model of up to two days at home per week and a base salary of zł68,740 to zł108,660.
