Citi Solutions Center Poland is hiring a Reference Data Management Analyst to remediate data in Clients and Security Coding systems, perform trend analysis and root-cause analysis, coordinate with global teams, support internal stakeholders, and provide metrics to management. The role is trainee-level, shift-based, and covers EMEA and NAM, with a hybrid model of up to two days at home per week. Candidates need fluent English, data remediation and client static-data experience in a capital markets environment, and a bachelor’s or university degree or financial-services-related qualification as an asset. The position offers a base salary of 62,070.00–90,630.00 Polish zloty and benefits including pension, medical, life insurance, parental leave, and other employee benefits.
