Citi is hiring a full-time Reference Data Services Analyst 2 in Poland to maintain and govern reference data for securities, legal entities, counterparties, and market data. The role involves creating, modifying, and deleting reference data; validating inputs against source documents and internal systems; resolving discrepancies; collaborating with front, middle, back, risk, and technology teams; and participating in testing for system enhancements and new data initiatives. A bachelor's degree is preferred, while 1–2 years of related experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, teamwork, and strong English communication are required. The position offers a hybrid model with up to two days at home per week and a base salary of zł62,070.00–zł90,630.00.
