Description
The Reference Data Services Rep maintains and refreshes customer data, sets up and monitors settlement instructions across internal applications, sources settlement instructions from clients, supports trade exception and cancel/correct data processing, delivers reference data remediation projects, oversees offshore vendor activity, completes mandatory reports, and assesses risk and compliance. The role requires 2–4 years of relevant experience, knowledge of SSI data and end-to-end trade flow, and a high school diploma or equivalent.
