Description
The Reference Data Services Sr Analyst leads and supervises the Operations Support department, manages staffing and performance, develops procedures, maintains customer and product data, and acts as a subject-matter expert for senior stakeholders. The role requires 5–8 years of prior operations management experience, a bachelor’s or university degree or equivalent experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to exercise independent judgment and manage risk and compliance.
